Southbend's P48CM Cheesemelter is ideal for melted cheese dishes including Mexican foods, casseroles, au gratin dishes, souffle, meringues, omelets and plate warming. This model features a dual valve control for left and right operation, 90 second preheat time with no waiting between loads and a removable crumb tray. Includes one removable rack that can be adjusted to five rack positions. Equipped with six 10,000 BTU infrared burners and a 43 inch wide by 13 inch deep cooking cavity.
Constructed of 430 stainless steel #3 polished exterior, double wall enforced sides and back, and removable broiler rack made with 0.375 inch diameter welded steel chrome plated rod. This unit measures 19 inches tall by 48 inches wide and 15.5 inches deep. CSA, NSF
