Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
