The Story
Vulcan 1VK45A VK PowerFry Fryer has a 45 lb capacity with a patented FivePass™ Heat Transfer System that distributes heat uniformly within cooking oil for fast recovery. A SoftStart™ Ignition System heats oil quickly while using half the BTUs at startup, resulting in extension of oil life. Solid state controls enable more precise temperature control for consistent cooking from batch to batch.
Constructed with free-standing design, solid state analog knob control with melt cycles, twin baskets, stainless steel cabinet and fry tank, adjustable casters (2 swivel locking & 2 non-locking). Ten year limited tank warranty. One year parts and labor warranty. 70,000 BTU, CSA, CSA STAR, NSF, ENERGY STAR®
